If you’re Ginny Tonic, you start thinking COCKTAILS! Join us as we celebrate the Thin Mint and the Samoa by toasting to their taste and discussing Girl Scout Cookie Cocktails.

The Thin Min

Ice
3/4 ounce peppermint schnapps
3/4 ounce dark crème de cacao
1/2 ounce heavy cream

Fill a cocktail glass with ice and place it in the freezer to chill.
Place the schnapps, crème de cacao, and cream in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to fill the shaker halfway, cover.
Shake until the outside is frosted, about 30 seconds
Strain into the chilled glass.

Measure out 2oz bourbon.
Drink it. Nicely done!

2oz more of bourbon
1oz cream
1/2oz creme de cacao
1/2oz egg white
scoop of vanilla bean ice cream

Shake it all w/ ice
Top with the namesake cookie and shredded coconut
(toasting coconut with flame torchy thingy optional)
