On Episode 82 we mentioned a new cocktail I made this week. It was, if I say so myself, a big hit so I wanted to share the recipe. It was based on another cocktail called the Goldrush so Charlie named it Ginny’s Goldshush instead. Easy to make and very good.
1 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
1 ounce tequila reposado
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir well over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
